GRASP – GREEN TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER FUND (GTTF)
Access2Innovation Limited (A2i) in partnership with aBi Development Limited (aBi) is implementing Green Technology Transfer Fund (GTTF) with funding from the Royal Danish Embassy and European Union (EU).
GRASP Cereals and Oilseeds Funding Window – 01
This Funding window for Cereals and Oilseeds is the first of six phased Green Technology Transfer Fund (GTTF and information submitted in this form confirms eligibility and readiness for GTTF investment.
What this Funding window is financing:
This window will fund Drying and grain handling equipment, delivered through a cluster, cooperative or union that serves the farmers. This call targets farmer organisations (Cooperatives, unions, farmer collection centres) and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Agri-enterprises with farmer-facing models.
The GTTF contributes up to 30% of total CAPEX; with agri enterprises mobilising the balance through 70% through equity, debt, supplier credit or other finance.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants must demonstrate reach to farmers i.e., Farmer Cooperatives/farmer collection centres, Union, Tier 1 and Tier 2 agribusinesses with farmer facing models.

- Only applications received before the deadline will be reviewed and processed.

Information Session
To support interested applicants in the application process, an information session will be held on 13th October 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Participants may attend either in person at the Access2innovation offices, Arie Towers, Nakasero, Kampala, or virtually via the meeting link provided below.
